Labs to Market Tech Show 2026 is the closing event of the Labs to Market program, bringing together researchers, entrepreneurs, industry representatives, investors, and the wider innovation ecosystem.

Throughout the program, research and technology teams worked on validating user needs, developing business models, identifying routes to market, and preparing for collaboration with industry and investors.

At the Tech Show, 8 teams will pitch technologies with strong commercial potential in fields including biotechnology, advanced materials, healthcare, AI, 3D printing, environmental monitoring, and sustainable industry.

The program also includes a panel discussion on moving research from the lab to the market, followed by the announcement of the winning team. The winner will receive the opportunity to attend the Falling Walls Science Summit 2026 in Berlin.

The event will also highlight opportunities available through the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and Slovenia’s smart specialisation strategy S5, with a focus on health and medicine, circular economy, and advanced materials.
